Portrait Parties are a Great Way to Earn Free Portraits, While Having A Lot of Fun!

What Is a Portrait Party?

At a portrait party, I will take professional portraits in your home, or at a specified location for you and your friends or family in mini-sessions using one backdrop (or Outside setting that is appropriate for portraits).  Photos can be of children, families, individuals… whomever, but there is a time limit of 15 minutes each. No selling will occur at the party. You and your friends just get together, have light refreshments and enjoy having your portraits taken.

What are my obligations as the hostess?

I will need space to set up my backdrop and lights – preferably in a living, family room, den or outside setting, You should provide light refreshments for your guests and invite at least 10 people to your party. You will not need to collect any orders, payments or deliver photos.  Just set the date & time, send invitations (Which will be provided to you), have light refreshments (No foods that stain lips, or teeth,....) and earn free Portrait Points towards free photos.

Benefits of being a hostess?

Host a party with 5 of more guests or groups and earn a free 8x10 of your choice.  Earn Portrait Points ~ 10% of your total sales will be credited towards your order!  All orders must be placed with 15 days of the Party date to count towards your Portrait Points.  Receive an additional 5x7 print for each party booked within 2 weeks of your party.

How it works?
 

It's easy - Once the date and time are selected, I will provide you with Invitations, If you provide a list of names and addresses, I will take care of mailing the invites and handling the RSVPs.  Families will be asked to select from 3 prefered time slots when the RSVP (Each sitting will be in 15 minute increments).  I will take the portraits and within 5 days of the party, they will be loaded onto my Online Ordering Site:  www.printroom.com/pro/cbproductions.  Families will be provided with a specific password for their photos and will be able to view and order online for up to 15 days after the party.  This password can also be sent to other family members,...  for them to view and order. 

(For example - Uncle Joe, Aunt Sally, Grandma Smith & Grandpa Jones can all order their own prints). 

Upon ordering, you enter in the address you would like the photos shipped to.  This means the Hostess does NOT have to collect and deliver product.
