Through participation in the creation of the original photography, the subject agrees to allow Kris Mellinger and Curly Bear Productions all rights to images for public display, entry in professional competitions, & publication in print, website or other electronic means. All prints, negatives, transparencies, digital files and their duplicates, preview book images or other images created by the photographer are copyright protected, & can only be produced through any means by the photographer.
